BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Town Centre, Elgin

A cube dial with faces N, S, E and W on a tall Ionic column on three round steps, about 15 ft high overall. It is a replica (set up in 1733) of the original 15th century Market Cross, which is now in the museum.
