Dial in Tayside Region

Reported by Frank Coe to be unknown to the current owner in 2001! Was a spherical dial with the ball forming the ’gnomon’ by its own shadow. Set on a one ft high pillar on an octagonal table above a slender octagonal column about 3 ft high. Ball had grid of Lat & Long lines. Too worn to see numerals. Covered in lichen and flaking in 1986.
