BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

Equation ring, noon marks for cities, maker, date and c/arms. Dial face marble. Replacement solid gnomon made of metal and painted white. Pedestal is lead (painted white?) and takes form of a kneeling Father Time holding dial in both hands over his head. Kneels on stone (?marble) block. Details of dialplate not recorded.
