BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Northamptonshire

The dial is high up on the chimney. There are hour lines but no numerals are visible. The gnomon has no supporter. Shows 6am to 6pm in hours. The owner says the dial is mentioned in old deeds, and it is mentioned in a church leaflet. The house may be 16th C.
