BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Kyneburgha’s Church, Castor

The sundial is above the window in the south transept. There are some faint remains of hour lines, and of vertical Roman numerals. The extremely long rod gnomon (about 1100 mm) - has a straight rod support. Reference: Royal Commission on Historic Monuments, N Northants, HMSO, 1986.
