BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial House, Upper Boddington

Black lines and numerals with faded red star at gnomon root all on white ground. Shows 6am to 6pm in 30 and 15 min marks. Full length hour lines to circle round red star. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals in line with hour lines and arranged in a sector shape with two scrolls at the top. The postcard is pre-1918.
