BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Warwickshire

Visible from Road. White square dial plate set diamond-wise, with circular scale showing 9am to 10pm in radial Roman numerals, using XII and IV. The vertical through the gnomon root is at about 3:30pm!
