BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Repton School, Repton

The dial is on the south wall, at the west foot of the gable, above the door. The motto reads: ’FUGIT HORA / ORA LABORA’ (The hour flies, pray, work). The dial shows 6am to 5pm in half and quarter hours using Roman numerals with XII and IIII.
