BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Reading Room, Yelvertoft

The Reading Room is adjacent to No 83, High Street. Sandstone dialplate set into brick wall of old school house. Shows 10am to 8pm in hours and half hours. All lines within chapter ring. (half hours shorter) Uses XII and IIII. Date at top Numerals all vertically arranged. Iron strip gnomon (possibly originally with finer end) with two supporters. A nice dial.
