BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Leics & Rutland

The dial is fitted to the top of an old preaching cross stump, beside the path approaching the south porch. It lacks its gnomon and is in a bad way, having been hammered down on to the plinth, curving the corners. It has hours in the square chapter ring IIII - XII - IIII - VIII, read from inside, with no noon gap or subdivisions. Full length hour lines and no other furniture or inscriptions.
