BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
Rectangular vertical dial on the tower, facing east of south.
The dial is very badly eroded and almost illegible. A crack through the gnomon holes was repointed by 2004. The dial shows 6am to 5pm with full length hour lines and short half hour ticks. The vertical Roman numerals use IV at 4pm. Only X to IV are now legible.
The dial is supported by two iron hooks to the stone tower wall. The dial has also been estimated to be 600mm square.
The iron strip gnomon has a single straight supporter.
