BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church, Waltham Forest

The dial is on the south wall. The mottoes read: "Are there not twelve hours in the day" and " The Night cometh on when no man can work". Shows 6am to 4pm in half and quarter hours. Uses XII and IIII. Semicircle at gnomon root. Substyle gap. Unusual white painted gnomon with three horizontal supporters.
