BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St George of England Parish Church, Toddington

Single slab stone dial with square section iron bar gnomon and supporter. Two iron spiral motifs either side of base of supporter. Date engraved at top of dial. May have had painted (black?) furniture since lines. Shows 5am to 7pm in hours and half hours. Half hours marked by dots outside time scale. No other half hour markers as far as can now be seen. Large semicircle around gnomon root, offset east on the dialplate to balance the appearance. Noon is marked ’12’. East side of dial is more worn than the rest. Located on south east wall.
