BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Baptist Church, Haddenham

The church is on the corner of Station Road and The Green. The dial is in a partly blocked window on the southern side of the building facing The Green. The dial has black painted furniture on a white ground. It shows, in Roman numerals, the hours from 8am to 6pm [Delin7:30 to 6:30]. There are half and quarter hour markers. XII is used for noon and IV for 4pm. The strip gnomon with finger end has two supporters, the upper being convex and downwards curved. The gnomon appears to have been wrongly remounted on the noon line. Old (now filled) mounting holes indicate a declination of 18 deg and this agrees with the setting out. The Greek motto is the same as that on the dial at Ely Cathedral and has been translated as: "KNOW THE SEASON"
