BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Fife

The dial was formerly on a balustrade above the shore but is now (1985) in the grounds of Chapel Gardens House. The dial is a squat facetted block with a north-facing top with an equatorial star. There is a south-facing polar hemi-cylinder, and other surfaces are flat or with various-shaped hollows and shell decoration. There are dials on all available surfaces. There is an octagonal section below, separated by a narrower neck, with eight vertical dials. All metal gnomons are missing.
