BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Strathclyde Region

The dial stands in a paved area, some 6-7 ft high. The shaft has five square panels on each side, with hollows and vertical dials. The boss is standard with no hollows, eight vertical dials on the octagonal band, corners cut out, reclining and inclining dials above and below. The finial has seven panels, the top broken.
