BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Lothian Region

The dial stands on an octagonal and a square step, and is 1500 high overall. The shaft has three square panels on each side, with hollows and vertical dials. The boss is standard - hollows and verticals on an octagonal band, the corners cut out, reclining and declining dials above and below.
