Dial in Strathclyde Region

This obelisk dial stands diagonally on a square plinth with sun, moon and a 5-pointed star on three sides. There is a small horizontal dial on the top of the plinth in front of the south side of the shaft of the obelisk. There is a plaque with historical details. On the shaft are initials ’MIC IC / 1719’ and ’MNC’ (all Campbells). The dial was originally at Otter.
