BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church of St Michael and Our Lady, Nostell

The dial is located over the South porch.Motto reads: "We resemble the shadow". Seven declination lines; azimuths from SE by E to SW by W; and noon times of twenty cities. Lat stated as 53d 40m. Maker is same as that of mutifaced dial at Walton Hall which also has declination lines.
