BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
The dial is over the porch and the motto below reads: "Our days on the earth are as a shadow". Dimensions provided by PN 2001. Upright Arabic numerals, probably 6am to 6pm, but few still legible, to half and quarter hours. Canted out on left hand side. Solid gnomon with curved underside. Sympathetic repair to left hand corner, but 10, 11, 12 hour marks missing.
