BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Michael’s Church, Little Bedwyn

The dial is on a SE facing buttress at the east end of the church, approximately 3m up. The dial declines slightly to the east, the whole church being aligned closely to a NW/SE line. It may have been painted, as there is no sign of incised lines or numbers. The gnomon had recently been painted black in 1995. The buttress capping stone overhang has been removed to avoid possible shadow on dial.
