BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St John the Baptist’s Church, Bexley

Motto ’Redibo Tu Numquam’ (I shall return, thou never), and inscription ’Given by Nicholas Stone’, were legible in 1982, but not in 2009. Aligned Roman hour numerals faintly visible. Triangular bar gnomon. White Portland stone dial mounted on the 2nd buttress from the E end of the chancel. Reference (1) Gatty; (2) Kent Churches, Boorman & Torr, Kent Messenger 1954.
