BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Old Market Cross, Swinton

Three dials, E, S and W, but the S dial is marked for E of S. The fourth face bears an image of two swine. On a cylindrical column set on a rectangular block and 3 worn circular steps; about 20 ft high overall. There is a date at the base, but no longer readable.
