BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Dumfries & Galloway

This is an equatorial dial of two crossed hoops with a slender bar gnomon, mounted on a circular plate of the same diam as the hoops. It is a small scale copy of Moore’s Times Dial in London, one of only four copies he made. It stands on a cubic granite block on a stone step.
