BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Shropshire

The dial is in the churchyard to the south of the church. The gnomon has been missing since before 1995. Ornate 8pt compass rose with four cardinal points identified. Dial plate graduated from 4am to 8pm but hours numbered from 5am to 7pm to leave space for names. Older square section tapered sandstone pedestal 1400h on circular base.
