BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church of St Peter & St Paul, Nutfield

Above the dial can be read: ’T D : W. R.’; below: ’1 7 5 8’. All lines and numerals well carved with serifs. Rod gnomon terminating with a fleur-de-lys, curved rod support with extra decorative mid-point curls. Dial stone sunk into pebble-dashed wall, canted out on rhs and supported by brick shelf below. Stone weather-shield above, with lead flashing.
