BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Clement’s Church, Leigh-on-Sea

Recent new Bronze/Copper gnomon with curved supporter and upraised tip on white stone ground. Some rainwater staining. Lines and numerals engraved into surface but markings now shallow so difficult to see. Shows 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals vertically arranged. Incised square placed around gnomon root.
