BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Peter’s Church, Copdock

Vertical stone sundial set into flint wall above entrance into South porch. The dial shows the time from 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours. Across the top of the dial the motto reads: "The greater light to rule the day" and "GR 1910-1935".
