BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church (1), Linton

The weathered dial is set on the parapet high on the South side of the Church. It uses Arabic numerals to show the hours. 6am, 7, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6pm (some numerals no longer visible). There remain some faint lines. The strip gnomon has a single downwards sloping supporter.
