BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

King’s College (2), Cambridge

This multiple stone dial stands in the north-east corner of the College Court. Having been given by the widow of Professor W R Sorley, it bears an inscription in his memory: ’As one that doeth truth cometh to the light so he living sought light diligently and dying could say now I see that great light. WRS 1855 - 1935’. This appears on the north-east face; there are dials on the two southerly faces showing times from 3am to 2pm and 10am to 9pm in hours. The north-west face bears the warning: ’Watch for ye kno not the houre 1649.’
