BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

All Saints Church, Kedleston

This dial on the east wall of the church is scribed as a circle on a square pedimented tablet. It shows 6am to 11am in half hours with upright Arabic numerals. 11am is on the periphery. The motto reads: "Wee shall" ("dial" being implied, for "We shall die all", a well known punning inscription). Gatty incorrectly gives ’We must’ in early editions, though it is corrected in the 4th.
