BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St John the Baptist’s Parish Church, Colsterworth

On S nave. Upper part of the dialplate is very worn with nothing visible. Only numerals visible now and then only those from X to II. Uses XII. Outline of a wide chapter ring visible. Gnomon is unusual being made from two pices if iron one on top of the other. The lower is longer than the upper and the two have sprung apart. The supporter has a two footed stirrup base.
