BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church, Norton Cuckney

Numerals and a double line edging the chapter ring only visible now. Shows 6am to 6pm . Uses IV. Noon marking not visible. Gnomon is still intact. It is a wide strip style with a small ’swan-neck’ end supported by a thinner strip. Size variously estimated as 380 square.
