BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church of St Nicholas & St Cyriac, South Pool

Canted West high above the South transept window is an oval dial which has survived in good condition since it was put there in 1808. The date runs across the top and below it the motto, "Tempus Fugit". In the semicircle round the gnomon root are the intitals IS, most probably those of the churchwarden of the time. The hours VI - VI are shown divided into halves and quarters. The dial measures 300mw x 450mmh.
