BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church, Hitchin

White stone dial plate. Shows time 7am to 6pm in 15 min marks. Noon marked with cross. This dial is paired with another on the adjacent face of the octagonal tower. Date is on that dial so this may not be of the same date but is so presumed because of many similarities. Located high on tower.
