BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
Motto reads: "OPA MH ’IDHE MOPON". Where ’E’ is used here to represent Sigma, and ’D’ for Delta. Breakarch dialshape with motto around arch. White lettering on black chapter ring with white ground to dialplate. Shows 5am to 4pm in hours. Dots between numerals 8am to 2pm. No hour lines or other markings visible. Set on two corbels in impressive stone surround in brick wall. Strip gnomon with curly ’S’ supporter. Located on the tower.
