BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Helen’s Church., Sandal Magna nr Wakefield

The dial which is canted to the West is located over the South porch.It appears to be painted wood.Shows 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals read from below. Circular sector at root from which hour lines emanate. Strip gnomon with thinner, horizontal supporter.
