BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

All Saints’ Parish Church, Northallerton

The dial on the buttress of the South transept has a motto which reads: "Ora et labora / 1801". Aligned Roman numerals V - XII - IIII in 15 & 30 min intervals. Gnomon split half way down; has scrolled support. Ref Gatty No 921.
