BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is inset in a stone surround over the south porch, and has the motto ’Memento mori’. It shows 6am to 6pm, using XII and IIII, in half and quarter hours, the latter by dots on the inside of the chapter ring. Figures, lines and text are in raised relief. It has an elaborate pierced bronze triangular gnomon with vegetation motifs. The date is assumed from that of porch, 1875.
