BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The fine dial is over the south door. It dates from 1793 but had deteriorated badly and was extensively conserved in 2012. During conservation the motto, long illegible, was recovered. It reads "Mortalia facta peribunt" and is from Horace. The dial, finely divided to five minutes, was once coloured but with the application of protective lime mortar the colour was lost. There are plans for repainting.
