BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Cumbria

17 dials on single block of red sandstone. Comprises a mix of eight vertical dials facing the cardinal and intermediate points, an octagonal horizontal dial - though too worn to see other than the gnomon slit, and eight 60 degree reclining dials. All mounted on a simple sandstone pedestal which is not contemporary with the dial.
