BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Cumbria

The dial plate is well engraved. It is set at a skew in the plinth top. The half hours are marked with a small circle with a dot in the centre, characteristic of this maker. The dial plate is marked: D M Lat 54 41 and there is some decorative engraving around the base of the style.
