BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Trelowarren House, St Martin in Meneage

Outside the private chapel is a bronze horizontal dial made by Benjamin Martin who worked in London from 1756 until his death in 1782. The chapter ring divides the hours down to 1 minute intervals. On the dial plate is an Equation of Time scale and a coat of arms, probably that of the Vyvyan family who owned Trelowarren.
