BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Sennen Church, Sennen

This unpretentious dial on the wall of the south aisle, to the west of the south porch, has the commonest of sundial mottoes, ’TEMPUS FUGIT’, in the arched top of the dial plate. Mrs Crowley drew only the elaborately scrolled gnomon and ignored the well engraved dial plate with its upright Roman hour numerals (VI - XII - IIII - VI) divided into halves and quarters. It is the most westerly dial in the Register in mainland England.
