BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Cuthbert’s Church, Wells

At the east end of the nave wall. Shows 6am to 5pm in hours . This dial was repainted in 93/94 in gold on light blue ground but the paint is now peeling. The dial reads incorrectly by some 20-25 mins. Declination - 12 degrees East.
