This sundial is on a wall of a private house in Cambridge. The dial is cut into a circular slab of slate. There is an understated motto, CREDE MIHI (Believe me), cut in relief in the centre of the gilded sunburst. The upper half of the sunburst consists of alternating straight and wavy rays; two of the straight rays mark the 6–6 line but only the afternoon 6 o'clock hour is labelled. The sundial declines about 4° west, so the sun never falls on the dial at 6 am. The hour lines from 8 am to 5 pm are gilded straight lines with triangular tips added at their outer ends. The gold-plated brass gnomon incorporates the year 2022 into its profile. The sundial was installed in July 2022.
